Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-01

These terms describe what you can expect from Kani Math, and what we ask in return. By using the website, mobile apps, or learning platform you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Using Kani Math means you accept these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian and that you accept the terms on the child’s behalf.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you suspect that an account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Acceptable use

Use Kani Math the way it is meant to be used: for learning. Do not abuse other learners, attempt to break or probe the platform, scrape content at scale, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access if these rules are violated.

4. Vouchers and subscriptions

Some content unlocks with a paid subscription or a voucher distributed by a partner center. Pricing, billing cycles, and the catalog of paid features may change over time. Active subscriptions continue at the price you signed up at until the next renewal.

5. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility and timing depend on the payment method and local consumer-protection rules. Contact us if a charge looks wrong and we will sort it out.

6. Termination

You can stop using Kani Math and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we are required to close by law. We will give reasonable notice except where there is an active risk to other users or the platform.

7. Disclaimers

Kani Math is provided as a learning tool. We work hard to keep it accurate, available, and fun, but we do not promise that it will be perfectly available or that every feature will work for every device. The service is offered "as is" within the limits the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by local law, Kani Math is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The exact wording of this clause will be finalized with counsel before launch.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product, our vendors, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email so you have a chance to review them before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kani Math is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing law and venue clause will be set during legal review.
