1. Who we are
Kani Math (kani-math.com and the Kani Math apps) is owned and operated by Mohammad M. AbuZer, a sole proprietor based in Jordan. In these terms, “Kani Math”, “we” and “us” mean that operator, and “you” means the person using the service, or the parent or guardian who set it up for a child.
2. Acceptance of these terms
Using Kani Math means you accept these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian and that you accept the terms on the child’s behalf.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you suspect that an account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Acceptable use
Use Kani Math the way it is meant to be used: for learning. Do not abuse other learners, attempt to break or probe the platform, scrape content at scale, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access if these rules are violated.
5. Vouchers and subscriptions
Kani Math is free to use with daily limits. Premium unlocks the full program without those limits, and is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription or unlocked with a voucher from a partner center. The price, the billing period and whether the plan renews are shown before you pay. Plans bought in the App Store or Google Play renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices and paid features may change, but a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
6. Payment and refunds
In the apps, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) takes the payment. On our website, payment is taken by the method shown for your country at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. A payment made on our website can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it; the Refund Policy explains this, and how refunds work for each way of paying. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
Our website checkout is run by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, charges any sales tax and issues the invoice. Paddle’s buyer terms cover the purchase itself; these Terms cover your use of Kani Math.

You can stop using Kani Math and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we are required to close by law. We will give reasonable notice except where there is an active risk to other users or the platform.
8. Disclaimers
Kani Math is provided as a learning tool. We work hard to keep it accurate, available, and fun, but we do not promise that it will be perfectly available or that every feature will work for every device. The service is offered "as is" within the limits the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer. Within those limits, Kani Math is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product, our vendors, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email so you have a chance to review them before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
