1. Paid on our website: 14-day refund
If you paid on our website or in the Kani Math web app, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This applies to a first payment and to every renewal, and you do not need to give a reason. After 14 days a payment is not refundable, except where the law requires it or the service did not work as described. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, this window also covers your legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
2. Cancelling a plan that renews
You can cancel a plan that renews automatically at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself: if you are still within 14 days of the payment, ask for a refund as well.
3. Paid in the App Store or Google Play
Apple and Google take these payments, so their refund rules apply and the money comes back from them. For an App Store purchase, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple does not let app makers issue refunds themselves. For a Google Play purchase, request a refund in Google Play, or write to us and we can issue it through Google Play. To cancel a store subscription, use the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account: deleting the app does not cancel it.
4. Vouchers from a center or school
A voucher bought from a learning center or school is refunded by that center under its own terms, because the payment went to them. Once a voucher has been redeemed on a profile, it cannot be exchanged for money.
5. After a refund
A refund ends the Premium access that the payment bought, and the profile returns to the free plan. The learner keeps their progress, levels and coins.
6. How to ask for a refund
Write to us at the address below. Tell us how you paid, and include the receipt or order number, or the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.
