What happens to your note

  1. It lands in a triage queue that a person reads. Nothing is auto-classified and nothing is auto-closed.
  2. It then gets marked planned, shipped, or declined. Requests several people send in independently move up, and that is the single biggest thing deciding what we work on next.
  3. If you left an email, we may write back with one question — usually to understand the level or the device you were using. We never add it to a mailing list.

What makes a note we can act on

For a bug: tell us which page or drill you were on, the device and browser, and what you saw instead of what you expected. "The abacus froze on the big-friends drill on an iPad after the third question" is something we can reproduce; "the app is broken" is not.

For an idea: describe the problem before the solution. Telling us that your class loses ten minutes handing out worksheets is more useful than asking for a print button, because the problem may have a better answer than the one you had in mind.
